Refund policy

Solenesta does not take returns. If your mounted image gets damaged in shipping, or the quality of the image or mounting is poor, we can refund the cost.

To request a refund, please email us at solenesta22@gmail.com. Include your order number and a good photo of the damaged item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to measure their display space to make sure the mounted image will fit properly. Incorrect mounted image size can not be refunded, though this will be decided on a case by case basis.
